1. Take a photo of the problem and send it to LINE@.
2. Emergency handling: Call the emergency repair number.
3. If the problem occurs at night, please use a physical key to enter and exit due to construction noise.
4. The repair team arrives to understand the cause, perform initial troubleshooting and assessment.
5. Parts replacement, on-site repair, disassembly repair, and replacement repair: The on-site engineer will assess the situation.
6. Disassembly and return for repair quotes, and on-site replacement and repair quotes are processed.
7. After repair, confirm functionality and perform a door closing test.
Most Smart Door Lock come with a traditional key, which can be used to unlock the door in case of power failure or malfunction. Simply put, it becomes a traditional key lock and you won't have the problem of being locked out.
